The book of abstracts and timetables is available here and will also be on the USB key given to all registered participants. To limit our environmental impact, we will not print this booklet but post it on all sites of the conference.

The day by day program is here:

All premices are equipped with WIFI. The network is accessible with your Eduoram account, on request on registration (or during the conference) we can create a temporary account. WARNING: the conference rooms have only a very limited number of electrical plugs to recharge your devices

All plenary talks are forseen for 50 minutes, + 10 minutes for questions

Other talks are 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions. For each session, the chairperson and a local organizer will make sure that the timetable is respected. Please facilitate their work and prepare your talks to respect the above limits. All talks will be downloaded to a computer (WINDOWS+ acroread) before the session starts.

The posters will be put in place by the organizers, the maximal format is 80cm x 100cm (slightly smaller then A0 vertical, but A0 vertical can be fixed on them). See picture here

The conference takes place

In building A22 for

  • Registration, opening and closing
  • Plenary talks (Amphi Wegener)
  • Parallel sessions on Monday and Friday (Amphi Wegener and amphi Edison)
  • Coffee breaks

    A big black board and a single wide screen are available.

Building A9 for parallel sessions Tuesday to Thursday (5 minutes walk from A29)

Equipment: single large screen + black board

  • Domaine du haut-carré (cloister and ``salle Badianne'') for the welcome party and poster session on Tuesday end of afternoon (6-8 pm), accompanying people are welcome

Posters should be A0 vertical or similar, the set up of posters will be done by the organizers

Wednesday afternoon trip to St Emilion will depart at 2pm from the PARKING LOT BEHIND BUILDING A22

 If you want to visit the underground church, book a tour on internet through the tourism office (english tour at 4pm)
